Redundant Equipment Removal and Recycling – Spring Water Bottling Plant

Marsden Metals Group (MMG) was commissioned to dismantle and remove a redundant spring water bottling plant. The equipment, no longer fit for purpose, required safe removal and recycling. This project highlights MMG’s ability to manage industrial equipment decommissioning efficiently and sustainably.

KiwiRail

From 2012 to 2023, Marsden Metals Group (MMG) played a critical role in supporting KiwiRail’s fleet expansion by assembling and placing approximately 3,000 new railway wagons onto the track. Additionally, MMG was responsible for commissioning KiwiRail’s new locomotives as they arrived at the Port of Tauranga. This extensive project highlights MMG’s expertise in handling complex logistical operations while maintaining the highest standards of health, safety, and sustainability.

North Tugz

Marsden Metals Group (MMG) was commissioned by North Tugz NZ to decommission the marine vessel The Daldy, which had become redundant and no longer fit for purpose. This project showcased MMG’s expertise in marine vessel demolition, sustainable recycling, and efficient project management.
